Apparatus : Scale,Vernier Calliper,Screw Guage, metal ball( 3cm diameter) etc
Formula :      

Total Reading=MSR+VSR*LC

Total Reading=MSR+CSR*LC

Total Reading=MSR from ruler

Result :  1.The diameter of spherical ball is 2.95 cm using Vernier Calliper.

2.The diameter of spherical ball is 2.995 cm using Screw guage.

3. The diameter of spherical ball is 

3 cm using Scale.

Precautions :

1) For correct observation at least three readings should be taken

2) The least count of vernier calliper should be measured correctly.

3) Total reading must be calculated as per the formula given.
